This gray metal safety gate, measuring 38" tall (including a decorative arch), not only helps contain children and pets, but also complements your home decor. With a variety of included extensions, you can easily configure the gate to fit spaces ranging from 29.5 to 53 inches wide.

Installation is a breeze, whether you choose to install it in doorways, hallways, or at the top or bottom of stairs. The gate features a no-drill pressure mount system with adhesive wall cups to prevent damage to your walls. For stairway installations, hardware is included for added safety. Recommended tools for hardware installation (not included) include a drill, Phillips-head screwdriver, pencil, and measuring tape.

Please note that the gate may appear bent upon initial installation, but rest assured this is not a defect and will be corrected once properly installed.

Designed with a cool gray frame for extra-tall and wide openings, the Summer Extra Tall & Wide Safety Dog and Baby Gate fits openings from 29.5 to 53 inches and is 38" tall (including the arch). Prior to purchase, be sure to measure your opening to ensure a proper fit.

The gate can easily be set up in doorways or hallways with the no-drill pressure mount system, which helps prevent damage. It can also be installed at the top or bottom of stairs, on walls, or flat banisters with the included hardware kit. The 20" wide door is designed to swing both ways and stays open when engaged at greater than 90 degrees. If opened less than 90 degrees, the door will auto-close. A stopper is included to prevent the door from swinging over stairs when installed at the top of the stairs.

With narrowly spaced bars, the door locks securely to keep babies, toddlers, and pets contained. Adults can easily open the door with one hand by engaging the latch and pulling up on the door. Please keep in mind that the gate will not fit openings of 33-33.5", 37-37.5", 41-41.5", 45-45.5", and 49-49.5". The gate has been third-party safety tested and approved for your peace of mind.
